We as women have so many layers to our lives.
Life can be hard handling work, family, and yourself. I'm sure many women feel the physical, mental, and emotional effects of life. You want everyone to be happy and healthy. What about me (you)?
I remember when I was able to eat what I wanted without consequences. Workout and actually see results. Sleep for only a few hours and pop up with no problem. Be carefree and resilient. Those were the days!!
Now everything you do has to be strategic and planned out. I tell my children all the time, don't be in such a rush to grow up. It's not easy being an adult sometimes.
There are so many women that I know who put themselves last. Are you one of those ladies? Don't get me wrong. I love my life but I'm want to gain a small part of the old me again.
I can tell you that I have been through a lot and I am trying my hardest to persevere through it all. I hoping through this blog that I can express my feelings and experiences to others and maybe it will be helpful. I also want to know what other ladies do to keep their sanity which will help me.
